Application:

This product is a post-effect accelerator for natural rubber, butadiene rubber, isopentyl rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and reclaimed rubber. It is especially suitable for carbon black rubber with strong alkalinity. It is safe at operating temperatures, has strong scorch resistance, fast vulcanization speed, and high elongation strength, which can increase the usage ratio of synthetic rubber. Low toxicity and high efficiency, it is an ideal substitute for NOBS. It has excellent comprehensive performance and is called a standard accelerator. Widely used in the production of radial tires. It can be used together with aldehyde amine, guanidine and thiuram accelerators. When used together with the anti-scorch agent PVI, it forms a good vulcanization system. Mainly used in the manufacturing and production of tires, rubber shoes, rubber hoses, tapes and cables.
