The plant is equipped with environment protection facilities. At present, Hualun has developed into a professional manufacturer of pharmaceutical and chemical intermediates. There are more than 60 employees in the company. Main products are lithium alkylide series: n-Butyllithium, sec-Butyllithium, tert-Butyllithium, (Trimethylsilyl)methyllithium, n-hexyllithium, isobutyllithium solution; diethylzinc; Grignard reagents; lithium chloride; lithium methoxide, and etc. In addition, special products can be customized at the request of clients. The company is dedicated to R&D innovation and to building high-end product platform, and it has established long-term cooperation relations with Zhejiang University of Technology. Hualun Chemical was rated as Shangyu Patent Demonstration Enterprise in 2014, and it established Shaoxing R&D Center in 2015. There are 10 researchers with bachelor degree. In 2015, Hualun was rated as technological innovation-oriented enterprise in Zhejiang Province and national high-tech enterprise. The annual turnover in 2015 was￥80 million. In 2010, the company purchased land covering more than 30,000 square meters in Economic and Technological Development Zone of Hangzhou Bay for future extension, registered Shaoxing Huake Chemical Co., Ltd., and the project was put into operation in June 2015 for producing chemical products of Hualun Chemical and for manufacturing and marketing adefovir dipivoxil intermediates, atorvastatin intermediates, and other pharmaceutical and chemical intermediates.
