Xi'an Deli Biochemical Co., Ltd. was established in August 1999. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, production and sales of new pharmaceutical excipients. The company's core technology has been identified by the Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Commission as filling the domestic gap and reaching the international advanced level. In 2000, the company received a free grant of RMB 700,000 from the Technology Innovation Fund for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of the Ministry of Science and Technology. In 2001, the company's leading product - hydroxypropyl beta-cyclodextrin project was included in the Xi'an Torch Plan. In the same year, hydroxypropyl beta-cyclodextrin passed the national drug supervision as the first domestic Class I pharmaceutical excipient. Technical review by the Authority. On September 14, 2002, our company obtained clinical approval (approval number: 2002FL001). On July 23, 2007, our company applied for production to the State Food and Drug Administration. The Drug Evaluation Center of the State Food and Drug Administration completed the technical review on January 23, 2009 and submitted it to the State Food and Drug Administration for approval. On February 27, 2009, the new drug certificate (certificate number: F20090001), drug registration approval document (approval number: 2009S00608) and drug approval number (national drug approval number: F20090001) were issued. In 2010, our company passed the review of the drug regulatory department and obtained the drug production license. Our company is the first pharmaceutical excipient manufacturer in China to have approval documents and production licenses for injection use. In 2011, we obtained the registration approval document for pharmaceutical excipients for oral use [Shaanxi Food and Drug Approval Number (F) 61110001]. In 2014, our company started the development of a new product, sulfobutyl betacyclodextrin sodium. In the same year, it invested 30 million yuan to build a new factory in Daixin Industrial Park, Lintong District, Xi'an City that complies with GMP standards. In 2017, our company's production line with an annual output of 500 tons of hydroxypropyl betacyclodextrin and 100 tons of sulfobutylbetacyclodextrin sodium was built and passed ISO9001:2015 certification.
